The signature leadership development program began in 2005 to grow and support a vibrant healthcare ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s cohort includes 15 rising healthcare leaders who will participate in 10 monthly sessions on a range of healthcare topics including artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, logistics and distribution, workforce development, and more.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOver the past 20 years, Louisville has made a name for itself as a hub for healthcare innovation, due in large part to the work of HEN, its investors, and our many partners in the space,\u201d said Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, president and CEO, Greater Louisville Inc. \u201cAs we look to continue our region\u2019s strong economic momentum, the Healthcare Fellows program is critical to growing a strong talent pool and a supportive ecosystem for health-related businesses to thrive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>15 professionals in the healthcare sector were chosen to participate in this year\u2019s program. The 2024 Fellows come from a wide range of backgrounds and demographics and represent many industries within the healthcare ecosystem including clinical services\/outpatient, education, hospitals, advanced manufacturing and logistics, and professional services.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the 2024 cohort include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Toni Allen, Norton Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Melissa Chastain, Spalding University<\/li>\n<li>Bill Coomer, Baptist Health<\/li>\n<li>Molly Dobson, University of Louisville Trager Institute<\/li>\n<li>Danita Garner, UPS Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Caleb Haddock, UPS Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Matt Hagan, Trilogy Health Services<\/li>\n<li>Taylor Hodges, UPS Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Merissa Krish, UPS Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Douglas Shearer, Humana<\/li>\n<li>Cary Shields, Focal Point Coaching<\/li>\n<li>Tyler Stapp, Stapp&#8217;s Enterprises<\/li>\n<li>Thomas Stephens, Kentucky Asso.
