HB 4 will make necessary improvements to modernize Kentucky\u2019s unemployment insurance benefits to make them more sustainable for employers and <\/em><em>encourage rapid reemployment. We applaud the House for advancing this legislation and Representative Webber for his leadership on addressing these long overdue reforms.
