Louisville, Ky.<\/strong> (January 10, 2022) \u2013 Greater Louisville Inc. announced the hiring of Michael Heichelbech as its new Vice President of Finance and Administration. In his role, Heichelbech will oversee GLI\u2019s finances, accounting, and administration.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are thrilled to welcome a professional with the caliber of experience that Michael brings to our organization,\u201d said Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, president and CEO of GLI. \u201cI am looking forward to working with Michael and watching his expertise grow GLI and drive our mission forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

Heichelbech joins GLI with over two decades of financial and accounting experience. Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer for\"\"<\/a> the Nolan Companies, a holding company for a diversified portfolio of successful companies that included, commercial property management, transportation and logistics, and a resort property management with holdings across South Florida. During his tenure, he oversaw all finance and accounting, HR, and managed the corporate headquarters building. Previously, he served as director of investment accounting and analysis for Guggenheim Insurance and Investments, a worldwide multi-billion dollar investment company located in Carmel, Indiana.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am delighted to have the opportunity to join GLI and use my financial experience to make a difference in the community I call home,\u201d said Heichelbech. \u201cI am passionate about making Greater Louisville the best it can be and am looking forward to working with GLI\u2019s highly-skilled team to grow our regional economy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Heichelbech is a native and lifelong resident of Southern Indiana, where he currently resides with his wife and two children. He obtained his bachelor\u2019s degrees in accounting and finance at Indiana University and is a proud graduate of Jeffersonville High School.<\/p>\n
