Equity<\/li>\n<li>Yasmary Hernandez, Synergy CEO\/Owner, Homecare of East Lou<\/li>\n<li>Chad Hester, Director of Sales and Growth, CenterWell Primary Care<\/li>\n<li>Gabriela Morris, Supervisor, UPS Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Mike Purcell, Area Manager, UPS Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Derek Russell , Cold Chain Packaging Manager, UPS Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Vanessa Shannon, Mental Performance Consultant, Optimize Consulting<\/li>\n<li>Sara Tracy, Sr. Workforce Development Project Manager, Kentucky Chamber<\/li>\n<li>Kenya Wade, CEO\/Founder, Cycle Breakers Breaking Chains Inc<\/li>\n<li>Alyssa Waltson, Distribution Manager, UPS Healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Myra Wiley, RN, Owner\/Lead Instructor, Norton Healthcare\/Hands2Hearts Academy<\/li>\n<li>Eric Wilson, Lead Supervisor, UPS Healthcare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is the 21st cohort of Healthcare Fellows, which has more than 370 alumni in the Greater Louisville region. The 2025 Healthcare Fellows come from a wide range of backgrounds and demographics and represent many industries within the healthcare ecosystem including clinical services\/outpatient, education, hospitals, advanced manufacturing and logistics, and professional services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The 2025 AML fellows include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Robbie Abner, Repair Shop Manager, Air Hydro Power<\/li>\n<li>Ryan Benningfield, Corporate Director of Manufacturing, Premier Packaging<\/li>\n<li>Mac Brown, Photographer, Mac Brown Media, LLC<\/li>\n<li>Joan Chmielewski, Industrial Engineering Director, UPS Airlines<\/li>\n<li>Joe Donahoe, Solutions Specialist, Shippers Solutions<\/li>\n<li>Joe Gobis, Industrial Automation Sales Engineer, CRG Automation<\/li>\n<li>Brooks Mayer, Director of Business Development, ARCO Design\/Build<\/li>\n<li>Greg Padesky, Business Development Manager, U.S., Quant U.S. Corporation<\/li>\n<li>Michele Pelton, Aircraft Maintenance Materials Director, UPS Airlines<\/li>\n<li>Adam Wiseman, Senior Director, Strategy, Inventory &amp; Deployment, GE, a Haier Company<\/li>\n<li>Doug Grogg, Neff Automation, Technical Sales Representative<\/li>\n<li>Isaiah Rumsey, Messer Construction, Business Development Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AML Fellows was created in 2023 and modeled after the widely successful Healthcare Fellows program. The program consists of 10 monthly sessions that are tailored for rising advanced manufacturing and logistics leaders and will focus on a variety of topics including automation and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is important to foster our rising leaders in key sectors in Greater Louisville,\u201d said Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, president and CEO, GLI. \u201cThe Healthcare Fellows and AML Fellows represent some of the brightest members of our region\u2019s fastest-growing industries.
